Mekong Inclusive Ventures (MIV) is a majority Khmer women-owned and led entrepreneur support organization (ESO) with over 15 years of experience supporting early-stage and scaling impact ventures across Australia and South/Southeast Asia.

Originally established in Australia in 2012 and Cambodia in 2016 as Agile Development Group, we began as a disability social enterprise dedicated to creating economic opportunities and independent lifestyles for people living with disabilities (PwDs). Our core work has consistently intersected entrepreneurship, disability, youth, and women’s empowerment through consulting, workshops, social ventures, and product innovation. In 2024, we merged our sister organizations under one umbrella to streamline our strategic focus and amplify our impact.

Commitment to Systems Change

We recognise that true, lasting impact requires transforming deeply rooted systemic barriers. Our approach goes beyond individual interventions, focusing on fundamental structural shifts that create sustainable pathways for inclusion, opportunity, and empowerment across social, economic, and policy landscapes.

Human Centered Design (HCD)

Our practical, hands-on approach is rooted in Human-Centered Design principles, ensuring that our solutions are meticulously tailored to the specific needs and authentic aspirations of the communities we serve.

Investment Readiness

We offer comprehensive support to impact ventures through tailored advisory services, targeted capacity building, and strategic mentorship, with a particular focus on Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). Our mission is to enhance venture investment readiness, bridge critical funding gaps, and catalyze scalable social impact.

Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion

Through our Human-Centered Design approach, we design social programs that are both accessible and gender-responsive. We have conducted in-depth research and assessments on social services, skills, and job markets for People with Disabilities (PwDs), and developed disability-inclusive guidelines to advance disability inclusion in education and employment, while actively encouraging broader policy change.

Mainstreaming Disability Entrepreneurship

We are dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating sustainable pathways for entrepreneurs with disabilities. Our targeted interventions include ecosystem development, capacity building, and strategic support that empowers PwDs to launch, grow, and scale their businesses. By challenging systemic obstacles and providing tailored resources, we transform disability entrepreneurship from a marginal concept to a vibrant, integral part of the economic landscape.
